Hi, I'm Paul Houser!
I was born, raised and still reside in Arlington with my wife and three children. My family dates back in town over 70 years and I've been a very active member of the community, serving as a Town Meeting Member, Neighborhood Association Board Member, Boys & Girls Club Cooperator and coach for Youth Hockey & Baseball.
I've worked as a real estate appraiser and understand the various complexities related to how banks, mortgage companies and REALTORS® value homes. My knowledge of this, as well as building construction and remodeling has enhanced my abilities to help Buyer's and Seller's meet their objectives. As a graduate from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Business Administration (with a concentration in Marketing), I have a firm understanding of what needs to be done to market your property.
In my 14 years as a real estate professional, I've helped families achieve home buying success!
